Our Restaurant
The Highlands Restaurant offers a wide selection of exquisite Mediterranean cuisine while in the Mondrian Café you can find snacks all day long. In addition, we also have the D`Tate Lounge Bar where you can enjoy the music; we also have the D`Tate Lounge Bar where we offer live music 4 times a week and Big Screen on other nights.
In our restaurant we can organize different types of events from weddings, baptisms, and communions, to birthday parties, standing receptions and formal dinners. Quality and good service are part of our philosophy and that is why we always try to adapt to your requirements.
In addition, we offer a non-smoking area, air conditioning for the hottest seasons, wheelchair access and lift among other services to favour your comfort.

BB: Bed & Breakfast: This includes cooked & enriched continental buffet breakfast.
HB: Half Board: This includes buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. Children’s Menu is available every day and Vegetarian Meals or any special requirements are available on request.
FB: Full Board: This includes buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and buffet dinner. Children’s Menu is available every day and Vegetarian Meals or any special requirements are available on request.
AI: All Inclusive: This includes buffet breakfast, buffet lunch, buffet dinner, snacks during the day and unlimited local drinks (including local, house wine, spirits, beer, soft drinks, juices, tea & Coffee) served until 23:00 hrs. Children’s Menu is available every day and Vegetarian Meals or any special requirements are available on request.

Breakfast Served between 07:30 to 09:00hrs
Lunch Served between 12:30 to 13:30hrs
Snacks Served between 10:00 to 15:00hrs
Dinner Served between 17:45 to 20:30hrs
Check-in is 14:00hrs
Check-out is 11:00hrs
Meal Entitlements:
Clients on BB will start with Breakfast the following Day.
Clients on HB will start with Dinner on day of arrival.
